Privacy Notice (Article 12 - GDPR)

Pursuant to Chapter III European Regulation, n. 679/2016 and subsequent amendments and additions (hereinafter, “Privacy Regulations”), we inform you, as an interested party, that the personal data you have provided, or otherwise acquired, where lawful, in the context of our activity (below the “Data”) are treated in compliance with the Privacy Regulations and the confidentiality obligations that inspire the activity of Overfibers S.r.l.

Data may be collected from the interested party or from other sources (eg archives, etc.). The collection can also be done via electronic means and, subsequently, the data can be processed by computer and manual means.

The treatment is carried out in compliance with the current security regulations, with reference to the text of the Privacy Regulation in its entirety. Information systems and computer programs are configured by minimizing the use of personal and identifying data not necessary for the purposes of processing specified below.

The Data are treated by Overfibers S.r.l. for the following purposes:

  1. For the fulfillment of legal and/or regulatory obligations (eg contractual and tax obligations) o per far valere o or to assert or defend a legitimate right in court;
  2. Marketing purposes (receipt of newsletter emails).

The provision of Personal Data is necessary for the performance of activities related to the purposes indicated above, therefore, in the event of your refusal to provide Personal Data, it will not be possible to proceed with the specific treatment.

For the correct fulfillment of the aforementioned purposes, the Data Controller, the Data Processor, the Data Protection Officer and the authorized data processors may have access to the data collected. The updated list of such subjects may be requested from the Data Controller.

The data collected and processed for the aforementioned purpose will not be disclosed to any recipient.
It is also specified that personal data are not transferred to a third country or to an international organization.

The criteria that determine the data retention period are connected to legislative obligations with a minimum period of 10 years from the date of acquisition of the single data. This period may be exceeded if the data are strictly necessary for control practices of National Inspection Bodies.

In some cases the data are kept for a period of 5 years from the time of acquisition at the paper archive of Overfibers S.r.l.

We inform you that you can assert the rights referred to in Heads II and III of EU Regulation 2016/679 among which we remind you the right to withdraw your consent at any time (Article 7 – Chapter II), the right to obtain from the data controller confirms that the processing of personal data and the right to propose a complaint to a supervisory authority (Article 15 – Chapter III), the right to obtain from the data controller the correction of their own inaccurate personal data (Article 16 – Chapter III), the right to obtain from the data controller the deletion of personal data (Article 17 – Chapter III), the right to obtain from the data controller the limitation of processing (art. 18 – Chapter III), the right to receive your personal data in a structured format in order to transmit them to another data controller without any impediments (Article 20 – Chapter III) and the right to oppose yes at any time, for reasons connected to a particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning him / her (art. 21 – Chapter III).
